Ingredients for four persons:

2 untreated lime 12 little Pimientos de Padrón 800 g cod loin fillets.
For 150 ml of Universal Marinade.
1 clove of garlic 2 sprigs of thyme 4 TBSP olive oil 2 TBSP rapeseed oil 1 TSP toasted sesame oil 2 TBSP soy sauce 1 TBSP tomato paste 2 TBSP Sukrin Fibre Syrup Gold 1 TSP sea salt ¼ TSP freshly ground colorful pepper.
1. For the Marinade, peel the garlic and crush it. Thyme wash, shake dry, pluck the leaves and place in a small bowl with Oils, soy sauce, garlic, tomato paste, Sukrin, salt and pepper and stir.

2. The lime wash, Pat dry and cut into eighths. Wash peppers. Cod fillets, wash, Pat dry and cut into serving pieces.
3. The pieces with 4 TBSP of the Marinade and sprinkle with the lime slices and Pimientos alternately on skewers stuck. Rest of the Marinade in a glass, fill it, seal it well and refrigerate.
4. The skewers on the Grill with the lid open for 10-15 Min. grilling, carefully apply . Then serve hot. Apple-Cole-Slaw, and a Curry fit-apricot Dip.
TIP: In this recipe fish fillet and vegetable component can be varied arbitrarily. Particularly precious the skewers, if they are equipped with prawns or scallops .
